  • As a former professional jockey, I navigated the exhilarating world of horse racing, achieving notable success and acclaim. However, my journey took an unexpected turn when a devastating accident resulted in a broken back, abruptly ending my career and forcing me to reinvent myself.

  • Refusing to be defined by adversity, I embarked on a remarkable journey of personal transformation. Overcoming physical and mental challenges, I transitioned from a sedentary lifestyle to becoming an ultra-athlete, embracing a plant-based diet, and abstaining from alcohol. Through sheer determination and unwavering commitment, I shed excess weight, regained vitality, and reclaimed my zest for life.

  • Inspired by my own journey of resilience and renewal, I founded the Run for Freedom movement, dedicated to empowering individuals to overcome obstacles and live their fullest lives. In a testament to my newfound strength and endurance, I conquered unprecedented challenges, including running the 5 trails in 5 days, a feat I never imagined possible in my previous life.

Once a consultation is paid for, you retain the option to accept or deny the request. If you choose to deny it, the payment will be refunded. Upon accepting a consultation request, you must schedule a date and time for the session within seven days. Failure to do so will result in a refund of the consultation fee.
