When employees participate in consultations, they earn fees for their expertise. GoReply deducts a small administrative fee from these earnings. The rest of the money is then donated to charities selected by the employee (which has to be aligned with company policy) ensuring that the contributions are both purposeful and transparent. This system aligns with the company’s CSR objectives while allowing employees to contribute meaningfully to causes they care about.

GoReply donates 10% of its net earnings each year to charities that align with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.

To ensure that our contributions are making a meaningful impact, we require that all chosen charities are an officially recognized charity. If your chosen charity isn't listed, please contact us, and we'll add it to our list.

The pricing of GoReply is determined by a combination of a corporate rate, which varies based on the number of employees, and a Stripe processing fee that depends on the payment method used.

GoReply handles all the logistics of transferring the donation from the contact request to the respective charities. We have a system in place to ensure that the funds reach the right charities in a timely manner. Based on the total transaction volume we will process the payments to each charity Monthly or quarterly. We will publish all donations on our website.

Once a consultation is paid for, you retain the option to accept or deny the request. If you choose to deny it, the payment will be refunded. Upon accepting a consultation request, you must schedule a date and time for the session within seven days. Failure to do so will result in a refund of the consultation fee.

Donations accumulated from contact requests are sent to the respective charities on a regular basis, such as monthly or quarterly based on the total amount that is due to that specific charity. We will publish all donations on our website.
